Identity and address of the data controller
Dr. Ari Salvador Salgado Rodríguez, with offices at Harmony Health Clinic, P.º de los Héroes 2509 C, Zona Urbana Río Tijuana, ZIP 22010, Tijuana, Baja California, Mexico, is the controller of your personal data under Mexico's Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (LFPDPPP).
For any matter relating to this notice you may write to info@drarisalgado.com or call (664) 108-6258.
Personal data collected
Through this website only the data you voluntarily provide in the contact form is collected: first name, last name, email, phone, city of residence and the message you choose to write.
In the course of in-person medical care, sensitive personal data relating to your health is additionally collected, as required to compile the clinical record under Mexican Official Standard NOM-004-SSA3-2012. That data enjoys reinforced protection and its processing is strictly limited to the purposes of medical care.
Purposes of processing
Data collected through the form is used to answer your request, schedule the consultation, tell you which studies to bring and follow up on your case. Health data is used for diagnosis, for establishing the indication, for carrying out the surgical treatment and for postoperative follow-up.
Your data is not used for advertising purposes, is not sold and is not shared with third parties for commercial purposes. Your clinical case is not published on this site or on social media under any circumstances, not even anonymised, except with express written consent granted specifically for that purpose.
Transfers of data
Your data may be shared with the medical and nursing staff involved in your care, with the hospital where the procedure takes place, with the histopathology laboratory when a surgical specimen is sent, and with the physician who referred you or who will continue your follow-up — always strictly within the scope of medical care.
It may also be transferred to health or judicial authorities where there is a legal obligation to do so. Outside those cases, no transfers are made without your consent.
ARCO rights
You have the right to access your personal data, to rectify it when inaccurate, to cancel it when you consider it unnecessary, and to object to its processing for specific purposes. To exercise these rights, send your request to info@drarisalgado.com stating your full name, a means of contact and the right you wish to exercise, together with official identification.
Note one legal limit: the clinical record must be kept for a minimum of five years from the date of the last medical act, under NOM-004-SSA3-2012. During that period cancellation of clinical data does not proceed, although access and rectification do.
