What happens next

You are told which studies and documents to bring, and given an appointment.
At the visit: clinical history, physical examination and study review on screen.
You leave with a diagnosis, the alternatives and a written plan — with or without surgery.
If surgery is indicated, scheduling, hospital and pre-operative work-up are arranged.
